In our May Budget and Finance Committee meeting and June City Council Meeting, members requested that staff reach out to all council members and request that they submit one or two budget submissions/priority items for discussion at future meetings. Please see the attached “Budget Item Submission Form.” Councilmembers wishing to propose budget items should send completed versions of this form to the Office Manager and City Manager by noon on Friday, July 10^th, so we can get them posted to the online agenda.

Council discusses and reaches consensus on support for the proposals and (if necessary) where they would like to reduce expenditures or reprioritize projects to fit in the budget proposals.
