The two of the three-city hall rooftop Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) units are well past their usable life and failing. The units are over 20 years old and have failed twice in the last year. Last month we issued an invitation to bid for their replacement. On July 9^th we will conduct a bid opening and update this agenda item with the results
