ANYONE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING ANY TOPIC ON THIS EVENING'S AGENDA IS REQUESTED TO COMPLETE A CARD AND RETURN TO THE CITY CLERK. SPEAKERS ARE RESPECTFULLY REQUIRED TO LIMIT THEIR COMMENTS TO THREE (3) MINUTES. THE CITY COUNCIL PROHIBITS THE USE OF CELL PHONES AND PAGERS WHICH EMIT AN AUDIBLE SOUND DURING ALL MEETINGS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, FIRE AND RESCUE OR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS ON CALL. City Engineer, Jamie Booth presented discussion and Jan Fleet was on phone. Meeting is to go over pending legislative changes to the CRA. The CRA comes from tax increment monies and has a 30year life span. In 2025, there is about $120,000 in the CRA for Keystone Heights. If the legislative bills are based in the legislature, there will be an impact to the City of Keystone Heights. The City Council will meet on April 29th for a CRA workshop. Councilman Lewandowski asked for the CRA map to be included. All approved for the CRA meeting to be on April 29th. |
