CRA Meeting july 13, 2026

555 S. Lawrence Blvd.  Keystone Heights, FL 32656 ANYONE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING ANY TOPIC ON THIS EVENING'S AGENDA IS REQUESTED TO COMPLETE A CARD AND RETURN TO THE CITY CLERK.  SPEAKERS ARE RESPECTFULLY REQUIRED TO LIMIT THEIR COMMENTS TO THREE (3) MINUTES.

THE CITY COUNCIL PROHIBITS THE USE OF CELL PHONES AND PAGERS WHICH EMIT AN AUDIBLE SOUND DURING ALL MEETINGS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, FIRE AND RESCUE OR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS ON CALL.  PERSONS IN VIOLATION WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE MEETING.

7. Facade Grants
2023 Revised CRAB PROCEDURES-GRANT.pdf

Mayor Nina Rodenroth went over the details for the facade grant (attachment included in the agenda).

City Manager Jamie Booth is going to work on changing a few of the options, such as the 2018 sign grants and paint color palette, grant max., and percentage (%) of cost share, and will bring this back to the CRA Board.

8. Pocket Parks

City Manager Jamie Booth stated he has made an offer on a property where the city would be able to make a pocket park. The owner is working on a second appraisal of the property before deciding if they want to sell.
