SPEAKERS ARE RESPECTFULLY REQUIRED TO LIMIT THEIR COMMENTS TO THREE (3) MINUTES. Mayor Nina Rodenroth went over the details for the facade grant (attachment included in the agenda). City Manager Jamie Booth is going to work on changing a few of the options, such as the 2018 sign grants and paint color palette, grant max., and percentage (%) of cost share, and will bring this back to the CRA Board. |

City Manager Jamie Booth stated he has made an offer on a property where the city would be able to make a pocket park. The owner is working on a second appraisal of the property before deciding if they want to sell.
