| Title C3 - Waste Managment (WM) Contract Amendment | |
| Description Per a 2022 contract with the city, Waste Management (WM) provides business trash collection in city limits. Following our discussion about improperly billed trash pickup charges this past winter, WM requested a formal contract amendment to address the inaccurately referenced annex and pick up locations in the contract. We have drafted a proposed contract amendment that specifically targets those two issues only.
