| Description The 2026 Events Schedule is provided to the City Council for review, discussion, and approval. The proposed 2026 Events Schedule has 32 city staff-led events and 12 events led by volunteer organizations and/or the Heritage Commission, all of which will require some level of staff support and/or City Council special event approval.
The proposed schedule also adds 12 Coffee and Commerce events and 12 Volunteer Workshops. These additions are intended to fulfill the requirements of the 2025 Strategic Plan, Strategic Priority – Events: Goal 2, Objectives 1 and 2.
Items requiring Council direction are listed at the bottom of the schedule.

| Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council review and approve the attached 2026 Events Schedule, discuss any proposed changes, and align expectations for event planning and implementation moving forward.
