Holidays are when 

1) The City Hall is closed and

2) The employees receive pay for time off.  

City policy for holidays either doesn't exist or is so old that the policy is basically irrelevant.  Until a new personnel/city policy exists, the holiday for 2026 needs to be decided.

I move that the city hall and employee holiday schedule match the state holiday schedule as presented (attached) and also include any additionals as may be added by the govenor.
